If you subscribed to our newsletter from one of our pages that promises a free file, such as our "There's an Elephant in My Room! Activity Guide," you should have received an email in your inbox from info@goodkittypublications.com. If the email did not arrive in your inbox, first check your junk/spam folder to ensure it wasn't caught by your email filter. If it was in your junk mail folder, add info@goodkittypublications to your contacts to ensure you receive future communications, and email us if you continue to have trouble accessing the file. The email will include the file attachment or a "Download" button. Click the "Download" button. The file will open in a browser window. Use your browser's menu to print or save the file. Some browser windows show the file download progress in the bottom ribbon of the window. You will have an option to view the file in a folder or save the file to the location of your choosing. If you are unable to determine the location of a saved file, first check your "Downloads" folder on your computer.
